আলো কি কেবল দৃশ্যমানতার মাধ্যম, নাকি নিজেই হয়ে উঠতে পারে শিল্পের একটি স্বতন্ত্র ভাষা? এই প্রশ্ন নিয়ে ২৮ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ সন্ধ্যায় ভাব (VAAB) অফিসে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় “Light, Space & Performance” শীর্ষক আর্টিস্ট টক ও মতবিনিময়।
অতিথি ছিলেন ফ্রান্সভিত্তিক টেকনিক্যাল ডিরেক্টর, লাইটিং ও ভিডিও ডিজাইনার এবং সিনোগ্রাফার সেবাস্তিয়েন শোরিওল। থিয়েটার, সংগীত, পারফর্মিং আর্টস ও আন্তর্জাতিক সাংস্কৃতিক আয়োজনে তাঁর দীর্ঘ অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে।
আলো, ভিডিও, মঞ্চ ও পারফরম্যান্সের পারস্পরিক সম্পর্ক, প্রজেকশনের পরিকল্পনা এবং সমসাময়িক শিল্পচর্চায় প্রযুক্তির সৃজনশীল ব্যবহার নিয়ে তিনি নিজের অভিজ্ঞতা তুলে ধরেন। সদস্যদের সঙ্গে মতবিনিময়ও হয়।
অনুষ্ঠানটি শুধুমাত্র ভাব (VAAB)-এর সদস্যদের জন্য সংরক্ষিত ছিল।
Is light only a medium of visibility, or can it become a distinct language of art? With this question, an artist talk and interaction titled “Light, Space & Performance” was held at the VAAB office on the evening of 28 October 2026.
The guest was Sébastien Choriol, a France-based Technical Director, Lighting & Video Designer and Scenographer, with long experience in theatre, music, performing arts and international cultural events.
He shared his experience of the relationship between light, video, stage and performance, the planning of projections, and the creative use of technology in contemporary art practice. An exchange with members followed.
The event was reserved for VAAB members only.
